Owner/Director
Julie is a credentialed elementary school teacher who dreamed of bringing a high quality preschool to the town she was born and raised in.
After several years of planning and hard work she was able to make her dream a reality!
Ann Nelson
Administrator
Ann has been with Smart Start Preschool since the planning stages and has helped the preschool become what it is today. She manages the office and all the paperwork necessary to keep a school of this size running smoothly.
Kristina Thomas
Teacher Supervisor
Kristina was in elementary school when her mother Julie first opened Smart Start Preschool. Her love of children has inspired her to followed in her mother's footsteps. She attended CSU, Chico getting her degree in Child Development.
